Roy, Simmons, Smith & Parsons, P.S., is a well established, four-attorney, three-paralegal Bellingham law firm, located downtown at 1223 Commercial Street, a few blocks from the Whatcom County Courthouse and Bellingham Municipal Court. Our office is located in a 1920s era historical building purchased and renovated in 2005.
While well known for our municipal defense, insurance defense and commercial litigation, we also provide legal services in many other areas of law including real estate, business, landlord-tenant, personal injury, and criminal defense, as well as appellate work.
Our practice includes representing clients in litigation throughout Western Washington, including Pierce, King, Snohomish, Kitsap, Skagit and Whatcom counties, as well as the Federal District Court for the Western District of Washington in Seattle. Our practice has provided us with significant experience with the court systems and juries in those jurisdictions.
